A Day With Trenton

Playtime

Trenton sure knows how to have fun! We had a wonderful day together while Mommy was at her college class.
We played outside before the rain came. He loves to hang and swing like a monkey.
He climbs up all by himself and slides down.
The new patio is a safe place to play.
Trenton liked these gourds. He is so verbal, he can say everything! That makes it easy to be with him and take care of him. He loves to eat all sorts of good food and wants to do it all himself.

CROP Walk

About 50 people from Milford area churches participated in the CROP Walk. The weather was ideal.
This is the group from First United Church of Christ. Pastor Dale is on the far right.
The majority of the walk was on the tow path along the Delaware River. The dog was well behaved, he had lots to sniff. About half of the walkers only went from Milford to Frenchtown. It took me 1 hour and 15 minutes each way, with a brief stop in Frenchtown for a snack at the Methodist Church.
If you look closely you can see the Milford bridge crossing the Delaware in the distance. I am so glad to have completed this goal, I feel a real sense of accomplishment. I walked the first half with a young woman and her sons, we walked quickly, near the front of the pack. During the return trip everybody was spread out and I walked alone, very quickly, and passed a few people. It clouded up and was cool and windy, so it was good to keep moving along. Thank you so much to all who contributed to this worthy cause.
