Goose Bay Camp at Lac Seul, Canada

We've had a wonderful time here at Goose Bay Camp on Lac Seul! We're headed towards Blairsville, PA tomorrow. See you at the wedding!
These pictures are of fish 22 inches or more.

I will, eventually, label each pic with the correct size after referring to my journal.

We had some gray, stormy, windy days and then....

Aaahhh, a perfect summer day. In fact, an unusual summer day. It's rarely this calm. We caught many fish in this spot as well as to the left of the island on the left in the background.

One day the wind direction brought smoke from 100 wild fires to Lac Seul.

Visibility became zero a short while after I took this pic. John guided us solely by GPS.

This was the first big fish at Lac Seul.

It's rare to get a pic with the dorsal fin raised.

What fun to catch and release these beautiful fish.

This big one was 25.5 inches.

This isn't a huge fish but this pic shows how golden and colorful walleyes are sometime.

This 28 incher is the biggest fish we've ever caught in Lac Seul!
